14. Surya Kriya refinement (27 May)

After practice Surya Kriya for sometime, it is always very helpful to return for a refinement session.

During this session, we will go through each posture in depth to refine its alignment towards perfection.

We will look at the breathing mechanics for Surya Kriya once again.

We will also learn how to do Surya Kriya as a spiritual practice, by incorporating the visualisation of subtle body.

If you have any question regarding the practice, you will have the opportunity to ask in the class.

To attend this session, you must have already learned Surya Kriya practice and are able to maintain the practice regularly.
