Angamardhana is a system rooted in yoga that offers to everyone the opportunity to invigorate the body and to reach physical and mental health. ‘Angamardhana’ means gaining complete mastery over the limbs, organs and other parts of the body.

Regular practice of Angamardhana revitalizes the body in many ways:

Open to participants 8 years old and above. Previous experience with yoga is not needed. Due to the intensity of this practice, it is not suitable for pregnant lady or anyone with active hernia.
The entire workshop is delivered in English.
Compared with the Foundational Program, our class size is very small. Even though I have a space for 20 people for Angamardhana, I keep the size within 10, on average it is about 5 people. In this way, I can ensure everyone receiving my full attention throughout all sessions.
In the past, I have always offered Angamardhana in 3 sessions of 3.5 hours format. However, in this old format, the lying down sequence never got reviewed. Many people are struggling to remember the sequence or making a lot mistakes in practicing on their own.
From 2020, I am changing the format to 4 sessions of 3 hours each. In this way, the lying down sequence will be reviewed. Everyone will also receive additional detailed corrections. So they can feel more confident to practice at home.
The program fee also includes subsequent support through calls, WhatsApp and emails. After the workshop, if you have any question regarding the practice, you can always reach out to me. Support is offered without time limit.
