Regular practice of Angamardhana revitalizes the body in many ways:

Open to participants 8 years old and above.  Previous experience with yoga is not needed. Due to the intensity of this practice, it is not suitable for pregnant lady or anyone with active hernia.

Session 2/3: Saturday, 26 October 2019, 17:30 – 21:00
Session 3/3: Sunday, 27 October 2019, 10:00 – 13:30
Attending all three sessions is essential to complete the full sequence.
The entire workshop is delivered in English.
