Bhastrika Kriya is a powerful way of breathing.  It purifies the blood, expanse your lung capacity and relax the entire system.  As a result of this, the need for breath comes down.

* Reduce the symptoms of asthma, allergy, sinusitis, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, skin diseases.

DETAILS

Suitable for participants 14 years old and above.  It will be best if you are regularly practice Isha Hatha Yoga e.g. Surya Kriya, Angamardhana or Yogasanas.  Due to the nature of this practice, it is not suitable for those who have Vertigo. 

Session timing:
Session 1/1: Sunday, 1st September 2019, 15:00 – 17:00
The session is delivered in English.

Program fee: this program is taught as a complementary practice together with Jala Neti.
