I have been practicing Bhuta Shuddhi for many years now. Recently I have noticed something amazing when I do the process towards the element of space.
The process itself was extremely simple, after the sunrise and before it crosses the 30 degrees’ angle, look up to the sky and bow down to express your gratitude for holding you in place today. Then repeat it once again when the sun crossed the 30 degree’s angle but before the sunset. The third time, you do it after the sunset.
Whenever I placed my palms together and looked up, I felt the time has just stopped in that very moment. So much warmness and emotions came up within me, with the deep gratitude to the existence, each breath I took, passing through me from head to toes with this tickling and electrify sensations. Looked up to the sky, I knew I am in the mother’s womb, I felt this enormous sense of security and ease. Everything just settled down and fell in places…
Just after the sunrise, she is orange, warm and loving; during the day, she is bright blue, cool and wise; after the sunset, she is dark, vast and mystical…
Beautiful experience
