12a. Angamardana Advanced (Sun, 5 Nov)
- If you have completed the Angamardana workshop and have been keeping up with your practice regularly, you might notice that your body has become much more capable, agile and light.
- Would you like to take your practice to the next level? There are various ways to take your practice to the next level. This includes doing it fast, increasing the number of cycles, learn certain advanced postures in the squatting set and simply doing all practices with your eyes closed. :)
- Intrigued and ready? Come to join us in this advanced session and take your sadhana to the next level!
