Sadhana day

Sadhana day is an opportunity to spend some time to be intensively focus on your practices. With like mind individuals we come together and practice classical Hatha yoga series together under guided instructions. It is a great opportunity to review your practices and receive corrections on spot.

Schedule of the day:

9:00 – 9:15 Guru Pooja (open to all)
9:15 – Angamardhana guided practice
11:00 – Surya Kriya guided practice
12:30 – Yogasanas guided practice
14:00 – Shoonya break followed by potluck
15:30 – meditation; video or walk depends on the weather

Except Guru Pooja, for all practice sessions, you must have already learned the practice before hand in order to attend the guided session. You can choose to attend all sessions or one. The choice is yours.

Program fee: pay as you like
Program fees will be donating toward Cauvery calling – an initiation to save the river line in India by donating trees (0.62 per tree).

Bhuta Shuddhi – cleansing the 5 elements

The Bhuta Shuddhi process offered here provides a unique opportunity for everyone to benefit from this esoteric yogic science, which otherwise requires intense sadhana (spiritual practices).

Simple yet powerful Bhuta Shuddhi process allows one to cleanse the body and prepare for more powerful sadhanas:
