Yogasanas – mind and body alignment

WHAT IS YOGASANAS?

The word asana literally means a posture. Out of the innumerable asanas a body can assume, 84 have been identified as Yogasanas, through which one can transform the body and mind into a possibility for Ultimate well-being. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, one creates a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate one’s consciousness.

YogasanasYogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.

For different types of consciousness that you experience, or different levels of mental and emotional states that you go through, your physical body naturally takes certain posture. Conversely is the science of asanas.

If you consciously get your body into a certain posture, you can also elevate your consciousness. The very way you think, feel, understand, and perceive life can be altered just by keeping your body in a particular way.

Your system is a cosmos by itself, if you are willing to perceive it in its full potential and capacity. If you know and perceive the way how it is created, you know how the existence is created. Then you are in perfect harmony with everything because you are in harmony with your own system.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

A committed atmosphere is created during the class to ensure Yogasanas are taught in their full depth and dimension.  The practice is transmitted in an extreme concise manner and with a great level of care. Participants will gain an in-depth knowledge and feel empowered to practice safely on their own at home.

It is one off investment for those who are looking to integrate a complete yet powerful tool into their daily life to assist their spiritual grow. Yogasanas offers the flexibility for one to practice in their chosen environment and whenever it is suitable for them.

Subsequent correction session is always available to fine tune the practice.

This program is open to participants age 14+.  There is pre-requisite to attend the program.

Program fee: EUR 225

Correction and review sessions are available on a monthly basis.  Individual correction is also available, please enquire teacher’s availability.
