Yogasanas are a way of aligning the inner system and adjusting it to the celestial geometry, becoming in sync with the existence, thus naturally achieving a state of health, joy, bliss and above all balance.
The word asana literally means a posture. By consciously forming the body into a certain posture, you can create a conducive passage for energy flow that can elevate your consciousness.
The practice of Yogasanas provides countless benefits including:

Suitable for participants age 12 years old and above. Previous experience with yoga is not needed. Due to the nature of its intensity, this practice is not suitable for pregnant lady.

Session 1/5: Friday, 16 October, 18:00 – 21:00
Session 2/5: Saturday, 17 October, 9:00 – 12:00
Session 3/5: Saturday, 17 October, 17:00 – 20:00
Session 4/5: Sunday, 18 October, 9:00 – 12:30
Session 5/5: Sunday, 18 October, 17:30 – 21:00
It is compulsory to attend all sessions in order to complete the full sequence.
Top up with advanced postures:
Session 1/2: Sunday, 18 October, 9:00 – 12:30
Session 2/2: Sunday, 18 October, 17:30 – 21:00
Existing practitioner can join the last two sessions to top up with advanced postures.
The entire workshop is delivered in English.
